It takes a year to make a Color Trend – four palettes with six colors each – so you can just imagine the excitement we feel to launch Boysen Color Trend 2019 in Interior & Design Manila on March 7 to 9, 2019 at the SMX Convention Center.

There are several teams that worked on this project from start to finish, independently or jointly as the work demands. We continue to streamline the non-linear process, and are so much better at it compared to where we were in 2015, when the first Boysen Color Trend was launched. However, time and experience have not diminished the complexity of the effort.

From Color Experts to Chemists

From color experts, creatives, communicators to chemists, birthing 24 colors is demanding and stressful but also delightful and fulfilling. Especially now on the eve of the launch, we are all excited to present to you all 24 colors.

Each palette is full of character and personality. It is also carefully curated so that whatever colors you choose within a palette, you can be confident that they are going to work well together.

Endeavors

The ethos that determined the choice of palettes and their personalities is a world in transition, where landscapes are rapidly shifting socially, economically and politically. ENDEAVORS is the leitmotif because for a people in flux, we are asked to clarify our intentions and move from there. Whether we go outwards in relationship with others or inwards in self-reflection, the key is motion.
