OFW Carlo spent his vacation with Mama doing a makeover of her neighborhood Fruit Shake Bar. Both felt accomplished to open the place to sukis who appreciated the new look.

Hands down, it’s Mama’s fruit shakes that draw people in. But it also helps to have a colorful and cheerful place for them to enjoy those thirst-quenching and healthy drinks. Besides the DIY activities brought mother and son closer.

Having a loved one who is an OFW is bittersweet when they have to say their goodbyes. And the time to do so was fast approaching. Still, Carlo felt good that he was able to give Mama the gift of his presence and his efforts to make her place of work bright and chipper.
