Household cleaning is a task that very few people look forward to but it is something that has to be done. This infographic from HappyCleans looks at cleaning from a slightly different perspective and shows you how to turn it into a workout. It makes sense in a lot of ways as cleaning a house thoroughly and at speed involves a lot of moving about. Hopefully it can give you some motivation to stop putting cleaning off.

Before you begin your household cleaning workout, it’s time to get ready to clean. Put on your favorite album or Spotify playlist as this will help to keep you going. Also, it’s probably a good idea to put on some comfy clothes and trainers as it’s likely you’re going to work up a bit of a sweat.

For example, vacuuming is a part of any cleaning routine and it actually burns 153 calories in an hour which is a very decent amount. If you spent a couple of hours vacuuming every room in the home you could burn some serious calories and of course your house would be much cleaner. Find out more in the infographic now!
