Boysen Acrytex’s formulation makes it exceptionally hardy. It adheres firmly to the surface it’s painted on making it unlikely that you’ll see it crack, flake, peel, yellow, or discolor.  And, the longer it’s exposed, the harder the paint film becomes. It will be a long while before you see it aging.

When applied, Boysen Acrytex also creates a watertight, non-porous film that can repel water and prevent seepage. It’s definitely a good thing when you’re scouting for exterior paint in a typhoon-prone country like the Philippines. Easy to maintain, you can easily wash away dirt and stains away from it too.

Painting doesn’t need to put a hole through your wallet. For those looking for a pocket-friendly alternative, look to Titan Superflex Elastomeric Paint. Sharing similar qualities to the two paint products above for home concrete exteriors, Titan Superflex Elastomeric Paint is durable, easy to maintain, and retains its color.

It does so by curing into an adherent, flexible film. Its qualities make it able to bridge hairline cracks on vertical walls, prevent water seepage on the surface it’s applied on, and reflect ultra-violet light.

It comes in a range of colors and dries to a matte finish. Like Boysen Permacoat Latex, it can be used on both exteriors and interiors. You will, however, need at least three coats of Titan Superflex Elastomeric Paint to achieve the best results. Remember to avoid painting on a humid day as it can affect the paint’s performance.
