It’s been almost a month since we’re on lockdown and some of us, who have the choice to stay indoors, are running out of things to do at home that do not include eating, sleeping, or panicking. We’re still not allowed to go outside unless it’s for grocery runs. But it’s the least we can do to help flatten the curve. It’s the least we can do for our frontliners who face the everyday horror of going to work to save people’s lives and this country. So stay at home.

In these trying times, it’s easier to fall into fear, or at the very least uneasiness, especially if you’re staying away from your family. So do whatever it takes to stay safe and sane. Take time off from social media, even for just an hour or two. Grab a book or a bite of your favorite snack. Give in to the TikTok craze. Call your friends. Exercise. Just, take care of your well-being.
