Here’s a guest post from Shannen Murphy about 15 scents to help you sleep. Aromatherapy is such a big thing today, with so many scents, organic or synthetic, available in the market. Some friends of mine even make their own scents at home!

Smells have always been important to me. I do love to have a home that smells good, welcoming and fresh so for nearly a decade now I’ve used scented sticks or home sprays, preferably the citrusy kind for the living room and lavender for the bedroom. I also go for the organic scents and I’m so happy that there are many products now in the market.

In her article, Shannen gives us 15 scents that promote relaxation and restfulness.
