Could you please advise if Boysen Acrytex Clear Coat can be used as a topcoat for smooth concrete flooring?

Happy to help! Though I do have bad news.
Boysen Acrytex Clear Coat is used to protect bricks, natural stone, masonry, and wooden surfaces both for interiors and exteriors. However, it cannot be used on concrete floors and other surfaces with a lot of friction.
Unfortunately, we do not carry a product that can be used for the purpose you mentioned. However, if you’d like paint for concrete floors, we can provide those!
Boysen’s Floor Paints
Boysen Acqua Epoxy
Boysen Acqua Epoxy is a water-based acrylic epoxy paint that’s ideal for both interior and exterior concrete and metal floorings as it is able to withstand foot and light vehicular traffic. It’s also formulated to resist stains, solvents, and low concentrations of acid and alkali.
Because it’s water-based, Boysen Acqua Epoxy is low-odor. You don’t get that strong chemical smell and it’s non-flammable too. Compared to solvent-based paints, it’s easier to apply and doesn’t need thinners or reducers. For clean-up, you’ll also only need water.
Boysen Epoxy Enamel
Boysen Epoxy Enamel gives interior concrete and metal a smooth, glossy finish that’s meant to last. Its excellent mechanical and physical resistance protects the surface from typical abrasions from foot and light vehicular traffic. Paint color choices for Epoxy Enamel are also perfect for if you’re looking for colors that are not overly bright.
Just take note that it is solvent-based so ensure there’s sufficient ventilation when painting and that you’re wearing proper protective equipment such as a face mask.
