Sa kasamaang palad, walang Boysen product na recommended na gamitin sa tiles. Though maraming ibang products na puwede mo pa ring magamit sa renovation ng iyong bathroom.
Tile-on-tile Installation: Konstrukt Tile Adhesion Promoter
Walang Boysen paint product na puwedeng i-apply sa tiles. Pero, kung gusto mong magpatong ng tiles sa ibabaw ng lumang tiles, gumamit ng Konstrukt Tile Adhesion Promoter.
Ang Konstrukt Tile Adhesion Promoter ay isang acrylic-based liquid emulsion that is mixed with Konstrukt All-Purpose Tile Adhesive. It will allow you to apply new tiles on top of already installed ones in your bathroom. Ginagamit din ito kapag ang tiles na ilalagay ay higit sa than 30×30 cm in size.
Tile Adhesive: Konstrukt All-Purpose Tile Adhesive
Para maiwasan ang kapak, gumamit ng tile adhesive. Konstrukt All-Purpose Tile Adhesive is a cement-based adhesive formulated for installing and fixing ceramic tiles on horizontal and vertical concrete surfaces. It helps ensure you avoid loose tiles. When using, remember to dampen the substrate prior to the application of the tile adhesive.
Waterproofing: Boysen Plexibond
Kapag kailanganin mo ng pang-waterproofing sa renovation mo, puwede ang Boysen Plexibond ilagay sa pader at lapag. Ang Boysen Pleixbond ay cementitious waterproofing system. Ibig sabihin, hinahalo ito sa Portland cement bago gamitin. On bare concrete, bago mag-install ng tiles, mag-apply ng Boysen. Aim for a smooth finish so you have an even surface to work with when it’s time to install tiles.
Ihalo ang 6.5 to 7.5 kgs ng semento sa bawat 4 na litro ng Plexibond. Do not mix it with anything else other than cement (like tile grout, skimcoat, putty, or paint).
