The Boysen Color Team is so excited to launch the 24 new colors for Boysen Color Trend 2022/23! We are looking forward to make the paint colors available to you in our Boysen Mix and Match stations nationwide on April 11, 2022.

Meantime, head on over to the Boysen Color Trend website to get acquainted with the four new color palettes—Breathe, Move, Bloom, and Live. Each paint color palette has six colors, or a total of 24 fresh colors!

FLOURISH: The Boysen Color Trend 2022/23 Theme

Like the rest of the world, Boysen has experienced challenges brought about by the pandemic. But ever the optimist, the Boysen Color Team chose FLOURISH as the theme for 2022/23. The team was set on sending out a positive message despite the uncertainties. While the world was scrambling to get the pandemic under control, the team decided to imbue the next Color Trend with the uplifting and inspiring spirit of FLOURISH.

Boysen, a company that was established 70 years ago, has survived so many ups and downs during its lifetime. Resilience, daring, vision—these are the qualities that the company has drawn upon to manage the turbulent waters that businesses have to navigate now. The company’s longevity brings with it a kind of strength to trust the cycle of life.

The Boysen Color Trend 2022/23 goes back to the actions that allow us to survive, strive, and thrive. Hence, the color palettes Breathe, Move, Bloom, and Live. These four palette names are connected to the four natural elements essential to life, namely, air, water, earth, and fire.

BREATHE  = AIR

Muted reds comprise most of the colors of Breathe. A mellow green and somber charcoal complete the palette. Use these gentle colors to create an eco-chic urban dwelling. Fill it with decor made of natural materials. When the world gets too frenzied, retreat into this sanctum to catch your breath.

MOVE = WATER

Move is made up of 50% cool colors—blue, gray, and white, and 50% warm colors—yellow, purple, and orange. The combination of warm and cool hues gives the visual motion to create a playful, lighthearted vibe. Half stimulation and half respite add up to make an interior space that gives freedom to a spirit that wants to realize a purposeful intention tempered by good-natured effort.

BLOOM = EARTH

Bloom is a sophisticated palette of an unexpected color combination of pinks, blues, and a dollop of mustard. Painting this palette in your interiors is a fearless statement signifying a confidence in the singularity of your own creative genius. It is also a bold invitation to others entering your domain to trust in their own individual styles. The impact of Bloom is as stunning as a field of wildflowers, artfully curated by nature itself. The key to its potency lies in variety and not in uniformity.

LIVE = FIRE

The cool colors of gray, green, and blue comprise most of the Live palette with a lone red hue to complete it. The kind of fire that Live represents is the lambent warmth of a carefully tended blaze, not a conflagration that destroys everything in its path. It is the flame of awareness, fueled by the balance between acuity of purpose and the wisdom and heart to accomplish it. With the Live palette, expect a living space that is welcoming, soothing, even healing…a place of renewal.

Where and When to See Boysen Color Trend 2022/23

The launch of Boysen Color Trend 2020 was nipped in the bud the night before we would launch the 2020 paint colors in Interior & Design Manila 2020 at the SMX Convention Center. The night before! The curtain fell before it even opened!

But here we are, two years down the road, and we expect to showcase Boysen Color Trend 2020/21 and 2022/23 at the CONEX exhibition on April 20 to 23, 2022. You can also read more about Color Trend 2022/23 at the Boysen Color Trend website. The paint colors will be available in the Boysen Mix and Match Stations starting April 11.
