This is a post to give thanks and congratulations to our athletes who joined Olympics 2020 in Tokyo. The country was over the moon when Hidilyn Diaz got the first-ever Olympic gold medal for the Phillppines in the category weightlifting, women’s 55 kg. There were other medalists too like silver medals for Nesthy Petecio and Carlo Paalam in boxing, a bronze medal for Eumir Marcial also in boxing. But as far as the Pinoys are concerned, we were all proud of the athletes who represented our country.
