1. Madinu-agon nga Kaangtanan (Colorful Connections)

The Iloilo City government aims to bridge the spirit of unity and equality through vibrantly painted artworks, embracing beauty in diversity. Under the aegis of the LGU, we collaborated with Baysulangpu Artists Society to create a colorful and meaningful makeover for six vital links: the Gen Luna Flyover, Drilon Bridge, Diversion Bridge, St. Joseph Bridge, Calubihan Bridge, and Forbes Bridge.

3. Big Thanks to Our Olympic Athletes

This is a post to give thanks and congratulations to our athletes who joined Olympics 2020 in Tokyo. The country was over the moon when Hidilyn Diaz got the first-ever Olympic gold medal for the Phillppines in the category weightlifting, women’s 55 kg. There were other medalists too like silver medals for Nesthy Petecio and Carlo Paalam in boxing, a bronze medal for Eumir Marcial also in boxing. But as far as the Pinoys are concerned, we were all proud of the athletes who represented our country.
