We have completed another orbit around the sun! Whether or not you believe that this time of year is the best for setting intentions and goals, you have to acknowledge that there’s always room for growth and we could all use a little motivation. Check out these inspiring Boysen colors.
Sail Into The Horizon
This is it. This may be the year. Imagine the places you could be and the things you could do. Make plans. It doesn’t have to be a big one either. It can be a small thing, like going through the list of restaurants and cafes you want to try. There is a world out there to experience. There is still more to see, to try, and to do. Keep your eyes wide open and sail into the horizon. Use this clear blue hue as inspiration.
Ode to Joy
Beethoven premiered his celebrated Symphony No. 9, which includes Ode to Joy, already profoundly deaf. He didn’t hear the music nor the claps and cheers from the audience. Today, the piece is considered to be one of the greatest symphonies ever composed—if not the greatest. Life will always have its good and bad sides. Keep going. May this deep red keep your passion burning.
The ability to see the same thing from different perspectives is an asset. A mistake can be a sign to give up or an opportunity to learn and do better. A loved one could be in a sour mood for no reason or because they’ve been having a bad day. This shade of green could be dull and boring or the perfect shade for a room with a colorful minimalist aesthetic. Sometimes, it’s all in how you look at it. It’s something useful to learn in the new year.
Be a treasure seeker. Start the year by aiming for prosperity! Treasure comes in many forms. And whatever this may be for you, we hope you get it in bucketloads this year. May this yellow attract good fortune and happiness in your life. Use it in your home. Even a little bit can brighten up the entire space.
Cherish the Moment
A 2023 report that collected data from countries all over the world found that Filipinos spend an average of 10 hours and 56 minutes on the internet. Compare that to the global average of just 3 hours and 43 minutes.
It could do us some good if more of us spent less time looking at our screens and more time cherishing the moments we have with friends and family. This year is a year for strengthening meaningful connections and creating memories to happily look back on.
