For painting on high-touch wooden surfaces like kitchen cabinets, you just can’t go wrong with go-to bestseller Boysen Quick Drying Enamel.

It’s durable, so whatever you paint will look good for a long time. It has good hiding, so you don’t have to worry about those minor stains on the surface of what you’re painting. And, of course, it’s fast-drying with a drying time of just 6 to 8 hours and a curing time of 3 days.

Plus, you’ve got a good selection of color options too. There are 22 readily available colors for Boysen Quick Drying Enamel, including black and white. They all come in a glossy finish for that sought-after shine which also makes cleaning your cabinets a breeze. Find them at your nearest home depot ready for you to take home.

2. Boysen Automotive Lacquer

If you’re looking to impress, turn to Boysen Automotive Lacquer. With its high-gloss Duco finish, it has a striking visual appeal that you just can’t get with other paints. It’s so shiny you’ll be able to see your reflection!

The smooth, high-gloss finish makes surfaces easy to wipe clean as well, so it’s good for kitchen cabinets that have a good chance of getting messy. It’s readily available in black and white and can be tinted with Automotive Lacquer Tinting Colors to obtain more hues.

Best not to DIY this one though. Boysen Automotive Lacquer is applied with a spray gun and can be more of a challenge to apply correctly. Ask help from an experienced painter if you’re not entirely confident in your painting skills just yet.

3. Boysen Acrytex

You may know Boysen Acrytex as the extremely weather-resistant paint for home concrete exteriors. Here’s some good news: you can use it on wooden surfaces too! If your cabinets are exposed to the outside elements, such as for outdoor dirty kitchens, it’s definitely a smart choice.

Boysen Acrytex has excellent adhesion and long-term durability. This acrylic solvent-based paint forms a watertight film that allows it to repel water so you won’t have to worry about your outdoor kitchen cabinets even when it rains.

It comes in flat, semi-gloss, and gloss finishes in a white paint color. If you want to achieve other hues, you can tint it using Acrytex Tinting Colors. But white cabinets are fine too, of course!

Excited to revamp your kitchen? If you have any questions or inquiries about any of the Boysen products above, our technical team will be happy to assist you. Send an email to ask@myboysen.com or call (02) 8363-9738 local 413 to 418 during office hours for a one-on-one consultation.
