Philbex Davao 2023
Philbex Davao, a construction expo with over 100 suppliers, will be held on May 11 to 14, 2023. That’s from Thursday to Sunday. It’s happening in the SMX Convention Center Davao which is conveniently located inside SM Lanang. So if you’re planning a quick trip to the mall this weekend anyway, why not drop by and say hello?
Doors open at 11:00AM and the event will run until 7:00PM during this 4-day expo. If you have the time, I suggest visiting on a weekday as soon as the convention opens so you can avoid the crowds.
Boysen Color Library
And even more exciting news, Boysen will be bringing its latest exhibit, the Boysen Color Library, for the first time in Mindanao in Philbex Davao! While it is a more condensed version, there’s still a lot of paint colors and finishes that you can choose from when you visit.
We’ll be featuring over 200 painted panels in the Boysen Color Library booth in Philbex Davao. Yes, actual painted panels. These “Colorbooks” are made from MDF boards which were painted with Boysen Permacoat Semi-Gloss. If you found “the one” for you in the booth, make sure to take a picture as reference. Or, just take note of the color name and color code, you’ll need them when you have the paint mixed.
The Boysen Color Library exhibit is actually based on our first concept store, The Color Library. So if you find yourself in Metro Manila anytime soon, drop by the store! It’s located in MOA square, inside the SM MOA Complex. We feature more than 1,300 colorbooks there! You can also have your favorite color mixed in adorable 200-mL pots. Just remember to check in in your luggages when you fly back.
Aside from painted “books,” we’ll also be featuring actual panels of the Konstrukt Lunar Series finishes. It’s a collection of 9 modern cement finishes that’s made by using common Konstrukt Construction Chemicals products such as skimcoats and renders. And, depending on the finish, Konstrukt Lunar Series can be applied both on the interiors and exteriors of the home.
