Dear Readers,

It’s Let it B’s third anniversary today, and we want to share with you what happens behind the scenes. It all starts with your questions because we treat your ??? as guides to what we would write about. Yes, that’s right. You usually call the shots ?

MyBoysen is Your Paint Expert

The blog may just be three years old but Mama Boysen is more than 60. You can just imagine the knowledge in the company that we tap into for our many posts on the technicalities of our paint systems and the proper processes to follow.

The level of expertise in the company – from the chemists, to the production people, to the marketing team, to the technical experts, to the movers in logistics – is high.

Our go-to guys are in Marketing and Technical. Without them, the Blog Team would never have been able to come up with accurate and reliable posts. Despite our experience in writing about Boysen products and their use, we still run our articles by the experts, just to make sure you get the most reliable info every time.

What the Blog Team does is wade through the mountain of information and write them into bite-sized tidbits for easier absorption. We do this, in any case, for ourselves too. Still, after three years of doing this, we sometimes need our Kodigos even if we aced the Pintor Quiz.

Boysen Paint Colors

Boysen produces thousands of paint colors. You can visit our Mix and Match stations in home depots to see what’s available.

Many of you have asked us about the Color Trend for this year. We will be writing about this in March.

During the making of the annual Color Trend, there are global color experts involved who “forecast, analyse and track trends in colour, material and finish for the design industry.”

According to a member of the Boysen Color Team,
The color forecasting company that we work with can combine the analysis and aesthetics of colors. These color experts use both methodology and creative freedom for us to explore, share, adapt, and create a color collection that would fit the Philippine market. This professional approach gives us the confidence to present an annual Boysen Color Trend that considers international influence and local ownership.”
We are ready with our Color Trend 2020, which we will launch in the Interior & Design Manila from March 12 to 14 at the SMX Convention Center in the Mall of Asia Complex. Follow this blog to see its premiere.

Boysen DIY (Video) Tutorials

We started making DIY video tutorials about 2-1/2 years ago, and have produced more than a hundred. From DIY Diva Danica to Krafty Kriz, you get so many DIY projects to choose from should you care to express your creative selves.

We also have DIY tutorials that give you the steps, and in some cases, infographics to make things easier to visualize. This article about paint finish is one of the most read. We followed that up with an infographic for the right-brain thinkers among you.

How do we make the process easy to grasp? That’s always top of mind for the blog team.

Your Paint Questions

So you see, you will be helping us if you give us some feedback or ask your questions here in the blog because we would like to write about topics that you find interesting. These are some of the guideposts we use in making our editorial calendar.

Every post has a comment section so please use it. If you feel squeamish about letting other readers see your question, just send an email to ask@myboysen.com. We have a Community Manager who has a 98% response rate. No bots in Boysen, no automated scripts, just good, old-fashioned tap-tapping on keyboards, quick reviews by our technical experts, then pressing enter to get that answer to you.

Building or beautifying your home is no mean feat. The desire to have a dream home made tangible is something we at Let it B want to help you with. Paint may comprise a relatively small portion of your budget but the impact is much greater than its cost.

After all, color is emotion, and that’s the romance that paint provides.

Happy Valentine’s Day, dear readers!
