Filipino homes, especially those in cities, will often have a garage or parking area for cars incorporated into the design of the property. Usually, this is just enough for one or two vehicles and will have a concrete flooring. You might want to paint yours either for practical or aesthetic reasons. Here are products you can use:
Floors
Boysen Acqua Epoxy
Epoxy paints are the way to go when you’re looking to paint concrete floors. And, whether your garage is covered or not, Boysen Acqua Epoxy is a good choice.
It’s a water-based acrylic epoxy paint that’s ideal for both interior and exterior concrete and metal floorings as it is able to withstand foot and light vehicular traffic. It’s also formulated to resist stains, solvents, and low concentrations of acid and alkali.

Just take note that it is solvent-based so ensure there’s sufficient ventilation when painting and that you’re wearing proper protective equipment such as a face mask.
Traffic Markings
Boysen Alkyd Traffic Paint
Got a big garage? You may want to paint markings too. Boysen Alkyd Traffic Paint is a quick-drying, alkyd-based marking paint with excellent adhesion and durability. It is designed for use on street markings, curbs, and other areas where traffic lanes and safety zones are marked.
