There are four palettes in Ascension, the theme of Boysen Color Trend 2024-25. There’s Awakening, Alchemy, Artistry, and Abundance. Today, we turn our focus to Abundance and the colors in the palette.

What is Abundance

An abundant life is not just one with an excess of material possessions. Abundance is not only found in the physical but also in the appreciation of what is already inside us and around us.

There is a limitless well of strength, peace, and hope in each one of us if we were only to look. And, through gratefulness, we find an abundance of fulfillment and joy. Our lives are full if we make it so and we believe it to be.

Looking outward, nature is our primary source of abundance. It provides us with everything we need and more. Nurturing and healing come from connecting with the Earth that provides and enriches.

Abundance for Your Home

Be reminded that what you have right now is already enough and abundant. From the Abundance palette, paint your home in the colors of nature represented by vibrant summer flowers in full bloom. Hues of flowers like bougainvillea, santan, and gumamela can fill your space with joy.

“Once you awaken to the extraordinary beauty of daily life, once you believe in your magic, once you reanimate the child within you, abundance will follow you through the rest of your days. This is everyone’s birthright,” reads the Color Trend website.

Red is a bold paint color choice, one not for the faint of heart. It’s attention-grabbing, magnetic, and full of energy. For this reason, it’s good for areas of the home where you entertain guests like the dining area as it can encourage lively socialization and interaction. Where would you paint Poppy Fields?

BCT24-7743S Cherry Kiss

A softer red—near pink territory—is a more approachable color. Cherry Kiss brings to mind favorite childhood candies and that lipstick shade that’s similar to the color of your lips but better. It enhances and beautifies.

BCT24-7619S Honey, I’m Good

Wake up on the right side of the bed where the coffee is always perfect and the oranges sweet and juicy. Honey, I’m Good is sure to keep your space sunny. If a whole room is too much for you, there’s always the option of using it in smaller amounts as an accent color like in one of the walls in the space above.

BCT24-7620S Sunflower Season

Make a cup of matcha and take slow sips. Savor the tiny moments as these can have so much to offer too. Life Sprout is a pleasing olive green with a bit of a kick. It’s best painted in areas that get a lot of sunlight where its true beauty reveals itself.
