It’s not easy to change from a lifestyle of not caring about your body to caring about your health. When you’re used to not having the discipline to get your hours of sleep, eating junk, not exercising, it is going to be an uphill climb to change your lifestyle. Don’t let health issues be your reason to get better at mindful living. I’m talking to myself here. Been there, failed that.

But it can be done! You can MAKE IT HAPPEN! I can make it happen (still talking to myself here). Some fitness guru said that we just need to make it a habit – eating healthy and moving. Right! Honey first, then you.
